Sis Cat was a stay at home mom and supported my husband military career for 20 years.

She is currently taking GCC courses to further her education.

She's originally from Bakersfield, Ca. Married 25 to Michael Garcia, they have 2 sons that have started their own families here in Guam. She first came to Guam from 2010 to 2013 than left to Atsugi, Japan for 3yrs.

Returned to Guam in 2016 and now serving as Head Usher/Greeter with Michael Garcia. She is also the CE Director for Pacific Revival Center since 2021.  Sis Cat has been involved with the Christian Ed department as a teacher and also lead our Vacation Bible School for the past few years.
